Mount Lodge Covid-19 Good to Go
Guest Health. It is important that you do not travel if you show any Covid-19 related symptoms. Please let us know and we will be more than happy to move your booking to a later date.
Cleanliness. At Mount Lodge we will continue with our high standard of cleanliness. We will, however, be adding some extra practices. Hand sanitiser will be made available in the entrance lobby and at the entrance to the dining room. This must be used by all guests entering Mount Lodge and when entering the dining room.
Unless you decide otherwise, we will not enter your room for servicing – fresh towels etc can be requested. Extra attention will be paid to public areas by sanitising door handles, bannisters, light switches etc.
Communal Lounge. Unfortunately, we are needing to close the Guests Lounge to help comply with social distancing.
Breakfast. Our full cooked to order breakfast menu service will be available, however, instead of the buffet we will also serve you with these items.
We will ask you to complete a pre-order breakfast selection form the day/night before. Tables will be set at the appropriate distance and time slots will be allocated for the duration of your stay.
Bedrooms. We will be removing our Guest Information Books to avoid any cross contamination. We will retain our hospitality trays but will require you to let us know your daily requirements.
Social Distancing. Face Masks to be worn if required in public areas. Finally, we ask that every guest respects the social distancing rules and is mindful of all other guests.
